Development

Innovation, Research and development constitute one of Kerneos’ strategic axes. Our teams are made up of scientists, engineers and technicians with advanced degrees in physics, chemistry, materials and mineralogy and polymer synthesis. They work in core areas to devise and develop new applications and products. Our teams are distributed throughout our research and application laboratories in France and abroad.

Production

Distributed over 5 continents, our engineers, technicians and plant workers ensure the continuous flow of production at our facilities. The high degree of automation at our plants requires our production teams to have a high level of education. The constant development and adaptation of our processes offers stimulating scientific and technological challenges. The professional and geographic mobility fostered by Kerneos contributes to plant and process knowledge-building.

Sales

Product development relies on both our network of technical developers, composed of high level scientists and application engineers who identify customer and market needs, and the contribution of our marketing teams. Our dynamism in sales, geographical coverage and new markets relies on a global network. Comprised of sales and business engineers specialized in a particular market or country, our network is active globally through our international subsidiaries and our network of local representatives. Our customers consider us a leading supplier which has identified product and service quality as its prime concern.

Realizing our ambitions in large part relies on other departments that are just as diverse and interesting: Supply Chain and Purchasing, Finance, Information Systems and Human Resources. Each Kerneos professional develops within an "experts group" designed to let all members benefit from the expertise of a global network.
