Kerneos is able to provide its customers with tailor-made technical support, thanks to a strong local network, and is therefore able to help them optimise their formulations and practices, develop their new products or applications and resolve formulation problems involving interaction with other raw materials.
This local network is supported by central teams:
- A team of engineers and materials specialists at the Kerneos Research Centre (KRC), devoted to providing technical support for customers,
- A specialist and experienced worldwide technical sales network, which is able to provide customers with local support for their technical developments.
All the technical teams have access to a broad knowledge base, containing almost 100 years experience of using calcium aluminates for numerous applications.

Tailor-made technical support
The KRC teams, dedicated to the various markets, continually pursue cutting-edge research programmes, examining calcium aluminate technologies and applications. The results of their research are made available to customers in order to help them with their own technical development programmes:

Training in the use of calcium aluminates
The technical teams are available to customers and are happy to share their knowledge and experience. Training programmes covering calcium aluminates and their applications, in particular, can be developed in conjunction with customers in order to guarantee the most effective use of products.
