Kerneos’ aim is to be a reference supplier for every one of its customers, specifically by offering them an integrated service based on:
- a wide range of innovative solutions as well as effective, standard products,
- services tailored to their needs, in terms of technical support and development, logistics and marketing.
This aim is supported by:
- the international presence of sales and technical teams, who provide a local service and technical support for the frequently complex uses of calcium aluminates
- a network of ten plants on five continents and a dedicated organisation, guaranteeing reliable and rapid supplies for our customers,
- the operational excellence of the production system, which guarantees the quality and consistency of products: all the plants are ISO 9001 certified. This industrial excellence is based on process control, on the one hand, and on permanent and significant investment in the plants, on the other.
- long term relationships with customers, enabling special partnerships to be formed,
- the development of innovative products and solutions, thanks to the scientific and technical knowledge of expert teams of engineers at the Kerneos Research Centre, which are constantly improving the performances of products and play a major part in providing customers with technical support.
